Speedy delete tag[edit]

I removed the CSD G13 tag placed by Puffin. I intend to do some minor copy-editing on the article, and to resubmit it today. I couldn't see how the submission declining reasons apply to the article's content. Looking at the history, there was a series of edits by the article creator Cdnsee immediately after the last rejection, apparently fixing most of the critizied issues.
