Boundary[edit]

Those idiots who claim that the eastern boundary of Long Branch is at 14th Street should look at Lakeshore Collegiate Institute. The school was fomerly known as New Toronto Secondary School, and is located on the west side of Kipling Ave, at Birmingham Street. That location is, indeed, in New Toronto, but is well to the west of 14th Street. DOwenWilliams (talk) 03:41, 1 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Protection[edit]

The last six days have seen a big edit war among many users — nearly two hundred edits. Aside from pages about topics that are in the news bigtime, I can't remember ever seeing a page with so many edits in such a short period of time. Because many of these edits (especially in the last day or two), including one just nine minutes before I came around, were simply reversions of other edits, I've judged this to be an ongoing edit war and not likely to stop immediately, so I've levied full protection for a week. In the interests of neutrality, I've not looked at any of the revisions in question; this is not an endorsement or a denunciation of the current revision.
