Use of non-English in descriptions of Croats of Albanian Origin in English Wikipedia[edit]

Is it acceptable to use another non-English language to explain why certain people in the Croatian section are notable in the English Wikipedia? I cannot understand what has been written. DJE (talk) 11:59, 6 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
