Not done Perfectly Posh does seem to be a MLM company, but they are not notable enough to have a wikipedia article. If the article is created, and presents properly-referenced claims that the company is an MLM company, you can ask again at that time. Argyriou (talk) 05:38, 28 December 2015 (UTC)

Is there a reason Tupperware isn't on the list? Sales consultants are able to sign up other sales consultants and the receive a percentage of their sales as well.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tupperware — Preceding unsigned comment added by NathanBullock (talkcontribs) 14:21, 29 December 2015‎ (UTC)

Not doneThe Tupperware article doesn't make it clear that Tupperware currently uses MLM, though it does seem that way. Please add something to the article which clearly states (and is supported by references) that Tupperware operates as an MLM, then we'll add it. Argyriou (talk) 20:12, 30 December 2015 (UTC)

Archives

Now that User:Cluebot III is archiving this page again, I've created year archives from 2008 through 2014, and moved the 2015/August archive to just 2015, and reset the Cluebot parameter to make year-only archives. I've moved discussions into the last year in which they were discussed. Hopefully, ClueBot will pick up on the other archives; I'm not sure there's a good way to force it to notice them.

DanielPenfield pointed out the problem on my talk page:

Hello, you summarized this edit with "fix archiving, I hope". The archiving is not broken. The root cause is that apparently {{ESp}} is supposed to be substed, but there is no mistake-proofing for this at edit time, so the fix is to run a bot every few years to ensure that it is, effectively "refreshing" stale discussions. In other words, the unarchived discussions from 2010, left unmolested, would have been archived on the third anniversary (26297 hours) of the bot subst (January 18, 2014 → January 18, 2017). Also, just for the record, breaking up the ClueBot III parameters into separate lines has no effect on its behavior. I am glad to see that you use date-based archiving, however, as I believe it to be the best option for low-volume talk pages.

Some of the archives aren't completely in order. Feel free to rearrange sections so that they start in order. Hopefully, taking care of the subst'ing will keep stuff being properly archived. Argyriou (talk) 17:04, 29 December 2015 (UTC)

Another request

Please add the following network marketing company to the list. Need to make a wiki page too, it could help educate people about these companies.

Juice Plus v. National Safety Associates

This list includes both Juice Plus (a product) and National Safety Associates (an MLM that sells Juice Plus). Should Juice Plus even be on this list? I know it is self-branded as the Juice Plus+ Company, but it is technically a product sold by an MLM company. Furthermore, everything about the Wiki article on Juice Plus (lead, subsections, infobox, etc.) to me says "product" and not "company." I'm wondering if it ought to be removed. Thought I'd put that out there before jumping the gun, though.Kerdooskis (talk) 23:25, 15 February 2016 (UTC)

That makes sense to me. It also looks like maybe there's some merge potential as well. The company's article is currently pretty thin. Grayfell (talk) 08:25, 29 February 2016 (UTC)
I hadn't noticed that National Safety Associates had its own article (a stub). The company page should be merged into the Juice Plus article and replaced with a redirect. Rhode Island Red (talk) 14:56, 29 February 2016 (UTC)

Edit request - February 2016

Suggested edit: Market America is a network marketing company of sorts, but not multi-level. They do not operate on different levels. Just thought it might be worth an edit or a nOTE of some kind.

The sourced material at Market America seems to suggest otherwise. Do you have a contrary WP:RS? Kuru (talk) 23:22, 28 February 2016 (UTC)
There's been a recent history of low-level edit warring on this at the Market America article. The change would need to be discussed at Talk:Market America first, with sources. Grayfell (talk) 08:15, 29 February 2016 (UTC)

It Works! (weight loss body wraps via FB distribution) MLM

New company to add and consider on the curators list: "It Works!" (https://www.myitworks.com/) It appears to only sell one product, which is its weight loss body wraps, and the controversy would be that it is not a scientifically proven method; and should questions about ethics. Onecoin

Can we add onecoin/onelife? sources: https://www.fca.org.uk/news/news-stories/beware-trading-virtual-currencies-onecoin https://news.bitcoin.com/beware-definitive-onecoin-ponzi/ https://cointelegraph.com/news/my-war-against-onecoin-angelina-lazar-tells-it-all-part-1 — Preceding unsigned comment added by Samurai4321 (talkcontribs) 01:26, 4 November 2016 (UTC)

We could add Onecoin, but only if we can find a reliable source specifically describing them as a multi-level marketing company. Neither of those sources do. Although there is some overlap, especially based on more sensationalist news coverage, Ponzi schemes are not 1=1 with multi-level marketing, so this needs to be unambiguously established by reliable sources.
