Sources seem to be contradictory for who was a judge when. For example, despite the biography at [1], Ethan Allen Brown is not listed as a judge in Taylor's Ohio Statesmen and Annals of Progress... until 1814. That book is a year-by-year account of legislative happenings in Ohio, and it lists the Supreme Court Judges during each term of the legislature. It also usually details their appointments and resignations, so I'm inclined to believe it on this matter. Ardric47 (talk) 04:56, 25 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]
