Category:LGBT-related comics[edit]

If anyone else is interested in expanding this list, there are several comics in Category:LGBT-related comics that haven't been added here. Bennv3771 (talk) 17:34, 21 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Reiner is not bi or gay.[edit]

Firstly, there is an incorrect translation. Secondly, the cloud with the phrase does not belong to Reiner, it is strange that no one noticed this. 93.171.93.173 (talk) 23:55, 16 December 2019 (UTC)Багамут[reply]

Jojo's Bizarre Adventure - Dio's Sexuality[edit]

Just to be mindful, an interview with added fake English subtitles has previously been posted by the parody Youtube account Funny Valentine and circulated widely, wrongly attributing homophobic remarks to the creator of Jojo's Bizarre Adventure, Hirohiko Araki. Another fake interview was released earlier this year by the same parody account, supposedly showing Araki debunking the previous fake interview in a conversation with VIZ media, as well as confirming Dio Brando's sexuality as Bisexual. Although this video has been widely circulated and even used as a source in at least one article, it is obvious even to a non-Japanese speaker that the interview is fake and an edit of a legitimate VIZ interview released two days earlier. Araki has however previously stated that Dio "could go with a man or a woman" in an interview with Eureka in 2007. --Aeipathies (talk) 10:33, 11 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]

@Aeipathies, good point there. Perhaps we could include something in the history section about this. I think its definitely worthwhile to note. I mean, this whole page needs work, but I've been too occupied with other pages at the present to give it attention. Historyday01 (talk) 12:44, 11 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]

I check pages listed in Category:Pages with incorrect ref formatting to try to fix reference errors. One of the things I do is look for content for orphaned references in wikilinked articles. I have found content for some of List of graphic art works with LGBT characters's orphans, the problem is that I found more than one version. I can't determine which (if any) is correct for this article, so I am asking for a sentient editor to look it over and copy the correct ref content into this article.

Reference named "Vol2#7":

I apologize if any of the above are effectively identical; I am just a simple computer program, so I can't determine whether minor differences are significant or not. AnomieBOT 01:50, 5 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]
