List of disabilities was deleted for being a list of poorly related medical conditions with no encyclopedic value. Such a page would be a lot of work, but it could only be a copy of the information on the linked page, DSM-IV Codes. DSM-IV is the authority for a "list of disabilities" and the quality information that any person coming to this page would have been looking for. Also, for the WP:MED page, a "list of disabilities" is very appropriate, and for the novice replacing that item with "DSM-IV Codes" would not be clear, or consistent with the design of the existing table of contents.
