The 2005 numbers are for people under the age of 14? I don't read Spanish, are we sure that's actually correct? Under 14 down to what age, since I doubt 96% of all people under the age of 14, anywhere, are literate; that's a lot of literate infants. Thehappysmith (talk) 15:40, 9 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
