What about Louisiana and Quebec? If French speaking were part of Latin America, then only Greenland would not be part Latin America. Why are French speaking countries included? 76.66.197.30 (talk) 04:44, 30 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

How is it that Haiti is listed as having 25% of the population with only 10 million people?
