I believe Manu Ginobili counts because he is an Italian citizen[edit]
He does have Italian descent and is a citizen, according to his wiki page

Regarding players with dual-citizenship, the general approach is to only list them if they played for Italy internationally. The guys you listed all used to play for Argentina, so their "sporting nationality" is Argentinian.
