"R" after names[edit]

@Seven Pandas: It means "rookie". There's a footnote at the bottom of the "Hulman/George Era – INDYCAR sanctioning (1998–2019)" table. It's debatable whether that's the best place for it. DH85868993 (talk) 11:22, 1 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]

I disagree. Footnotes belong at the bottom of a table. This is standard practice in academia. I understand that some who see this article may not be well educated, but still - there are standards.
