A friendly suggestion[edit]

Why not do what I and Movingimage have done at List of animated feature films? Basically, have a subheading for every year, but add a custom, compact Table of Contents to replace the usual one at the beginning (which would be far too long if you did that) and also add the custom TOC to every major section, for ease of navigation around the page. This would make editing much easier and would also make navigating the page much easier.

You can check out the code on the animated feature list and see how I made the customTOC, and apply it to your own page... or I could do it if you'd like (I would've done it myself, but I wanted to make sure everyone was ok with the idea). After messing around with it all day and screwing up so many times, I think I have a pretty good idea of how it works now. :p Esn 07:42, 31 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

never complete?[edit]

Why is there a statement saying the list is incomplete and may never satisfy certain standards of completeness? It'll be complete as soon as we include every comedy film ever made, of which there is a finite number. 218.215.130.30 01:14, 6 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

WorldCat Genres[edit]

Hello, I'm working with OCLC, and we are algorithmically generating data about different Genres, like notable Authors, Book, Movies, Subjects, Characters and Places.
