I placed the POV tag on there primarily for the description of a law as being designed to restrict the freedom of speech. I don't have time to look into the law at the moment, but I would imagine that the proponents of the law described it in different terms, and a brief-but-more-exact description of the law would be appropriate balance. --Nat Gertler (talk) 14:37, 17 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]
