Untitled[edit]

For some reason the picture/description box categorizes the Lefaucheux as a cap and ball revolver. This is pretty far off base as the Lefuacheux is the best-known pinfire model. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 204.64.50.216 (talk) 20:31, 9 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

How do I change the title of the entry? It needs to be changed from 1858 to 1854, as that is the correct designation per French sources. The 1858 was a variant of the original model, which can still be covered in this entry. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Tiewaz (talkcontribs) 18:01, 17 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]

"circa" dates[edit]

The infobox image caption is "Lefaucheux-style revolver made in Liège, Belgium, circa 1860 – 1865. On display at Morges castle museum." The word "circa" (or "c.") applies only to the item immediately following. If the intent is that both dates are uncertain, it should say "c. 1860 – c. 1865". Either way, there should be a reference for the dates. This is important because Revolver copies this in an image caption. —Anomalocaris (talk) 08:30, 27 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
