Identity[edit]

It says that Ovid described him in some words. The words say that Amulius ordered the death of numitors son aegustus. Does that meant that Lausus is the same person as Aegustus? Or is it referring to a brother [of lausus]? On numitors page it says in a citation that Ovid said that amulius ordered the death of numitors 2 sons, but also says Livy says amulius ordered the death of his son and also that he ordered numitors daughter rhea Silvia become a vestal virgin.
