Time forgets the acheivements of important people. Like Mr K. Rajagopal who was the special person designated to hold the position of the Managing Director of Lakshmi Mills for nearly 40 Years. He was a key person in technically upgrading Lakshmi Mills. He played key roles in leading the collaborative operations of Rieter, Ruti and Graf with Lakshmi in India. Besides being the Chariman of South India Mills Association from 1975 - 1977 and 1992 - 1994, He is a keen golfer and a Managing Trustee of Coimbatore Golf Club Trust from 1979 till date.
