Support Move to Lady Kitty Spencer. Other daughters of British peers that are entitled to the use of the title 'Lady' are thus styled on Wikipedia, as the examples you have given above and also with others such as Lady Diana Cooper, Lady Violet Manners, Lady Mary Charteris, Lady Cynthia Asquith, Lady Margarita Armstrong-Jones, etc. Regardless of title, she is also most commonly referred to in the press, as shown in the sources from her article, as Lady Kitty Spencer and not Kitty Spencer, so I would mainly argue to move the article for WP: Common name purposes. -- Willthacheerleader18 (talk) 22:14, 2 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Different reliable sources list different things. For instance, The Independent refers to her birth name as Katherine Eleanor,[1] while Forbes states both that her full name is Katherine, and her surname has been changed after her marriage.[2] However, HuffPost and Marie Claire have both listed "Kitty Eleanor Spencer" as her birth names.[3][4]
