Hatnote[edit]

I added the header to the magical formulas page because LVX historically redirected there and I thought it would be polite to keep that intact. Granite T. Rock (talk)

Units (bits or bytes?)[edit]

Shouldn't there be more clarity about the units used here? I see megabytes (MB) and megabits (Mbit) confused so often, I think it should be clarified by either changing the data rate to be represented in Mbit/s or include it in brackets. According to http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2010/12/27/lvx-internet-ceiling-lights_n_801529.html, the maximum speed of LVX is 3 megabits per second, but according to many chat sites, it is 3 megabytes per second, though I fear that they may have just checked this very Wikipedia article. So, more research is needed to determine whether the data rate is 3 MB/s (24 Mbit/s) or 3 Mbit/s (only 375 kB/s). Nitwon (talk) 12:29, 17 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]
