Photographs[edit]

I have changed the photographs to ones that illustrate the subject (from both left and right 3/4 angles). Both are pretty good photos technically.

There is scope for adding a photo of 45699 at Woodham Brothers if one is available. There is also scope for adding a photo of 45699 in service with BR/LMS - again but only if available.

Let's put these side-by-side for comparison between the technically good ones and the ones that Dave wants to insert because he took them himself:

This is a good quality from 3/4 shot from the driver's side
This is a good quality from 3/4 shot from the fire person's side
This is a fairly mediocre shot in the station
This is a technically awful overexposed poorly composed snapshot that shouldn't be used anywhere.

There are some other possibilies [1] [2] - maybe one illustrating a whole train [3] [4] - note these happen to be all by the same photographer. Please note that that photographer isn't me. Tony May (talk) 01:10, 15 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]
