“ZNN-L” designation[edit]

According to ZNN, L-class blimps have been designated “ZNN-L”, but this is not mentioned in the article. According to MOS:DABMENTION, the link on the Dab page would have to be removed. TowerDragon (talk) 01:09, 11 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]

MOS:HYPHEN and WP:NC-SHIPS recommend use of a hyphen for compound modifiers. Marcus Qwertyus (talk) 04:54, 20 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]

  • Strong Support for all: it's not an "L blimp" that also happens to be a "class blimp" so the hyphenlessness here seems like a pretty glaring grammatical error to me.--Xiaphias (talk) 12:16, 20 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]
  • Support – there's no reason not to use the standard clear English orthography that helps readers parse these as blimp class modifiers. Book sources for these are dominated by wiki mirrors, but there a are quite books a few non-WP for "K-class blimp", which we have correct already. Dicklyon (talk) 14:41, 20 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]
  • Support – even speedy. Does not have to wait. HandsomeFella (talk) 20:06, 23 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]
