Crimea entry[edit]

There's been a slow edit war going on over the wording of the entry for Crimea. The two competing versions are:

Crimea, or Krim in Ukrainian, a peninsula in Eastern Europe
Crimea, or Krim in Ukrainian, an ukrainian peninsula occupied by Russia

I argue that the first one better reflects our guidelines, MOS:DABSHORT among others. Which one do other editors prefer? – Uanfala (talk) 18:06, 29 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]
