National Liberal tradition?[edit]

The article read "the national liberal tradition represented by Gustav Stresemann, Theodor Heuss, Thomas Dehler and Erich Mende." Theodor Heuss was on the other end of the FDP spectrum from Mende in the late 1940s and 1950s. I would not put them in the same post-1945 German liberal tradition. Heuss was a German patriot, but I would not characterize him as a national liberal along the lines of Stresemann. 1) Before 1918, Heuss affiliated with the Progressive People's Party (Fortschrittliche Volkspartei, FVP), while Stresemann actually belonged to the National Liberal Party . 2) After 1918, Heuss belonged to the left-liberal German Democratic Party (Deutsche Demokratische Partei, DDP), while Stresemann belonged to the German People's Party (Deutsche Volkspartei, DVP). Even in the FDP, Heuss belonged to the Southwest German wing that developed into the social-liberal wing of the party in the 1960s, after his death. I don't think it is accurate to characterize Heuss as a "national liberal" or National Liberal. Poldy Bloom (talk) 23:32, 14 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Children abduction[edit]

I corrected the vivacious, unprecedented for wikipedia standars 4th paragraph claiming that raf abducted the children in order to ""train"" ???? them (they were 8 years old by the time), provided no source about that ridiculousness. The girls were living with their mother and after she gone "wanted" after baader escape, she gave the kids to Wienke. Because their were afraid that police(BKA) would use Wienke and children in order to get to Ulrike, they agreed to take the kids to Holtkamps' until they would find a way to arrange the matter (Ulrike also thought about sending them to friends in East Germany). You can find out this info in Yutta Ditfurth's book (in greek version is pages 380, 394-396 and more). Of course Rohl is not a confident source (one can confirm that by examining his history... and moreover : http://www.germanguerilla.com/red-army-faction/documents/10-05-rohl.php (by his other daughter Anja(from other mother of course) who is not mentioned in the article (opening seperate section about that ) Stelarov (talk) 10:06, 27 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]
