Article quote: WEST Australian swimmer Kingsley Bugarin equalled his golden performance from the Atlanta Paralympics by claiming his third victory at the International Sports Association's World Championships in Spain yesterday. The 29-year-old from Perth added the 200m individual medley gold medal to the 100m butterfly and 100m breaststroke titles he won earlier in the week.
