King's representative?[edit]

With Charles becoming King I presume the role will indeed become known as the King's Representative, at least colloquially. However, I notice that the Constitution of the Cook Islands only refers to the role as the "Queen's representative" specifically, not even more gender neutral terms such as Monarch or Sovereign's representative. Presumeably this will be amended at some point, though I am unfamiliar with what process is required for the Cooks to amend their constitution.-- Radicuil (talk) 05:54, 10 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]

See s41: it needs a 2/3rds majority and either a 90-day wait between readings or a referendum. Since its hardcoded, the article and reference sshould be changed back until the time it is changed. IdiotSavant (talk) 11:07, 10 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]
OTOH, this seems to be a clear sign that the title has changed. IdiotSavant (talk) 22:34, 10 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]
