Contested deletion[edit]

This article should not be speedily deleted for lack of asserted importance because of association with established record labels and artists, most of whom are linked within the page.

This article also meets the following criteria for notability:

  • Has been the subject of multiple, non-trivial, published works appearing in sources that are reliable and are independent from the musician or ensemble itself. [1] [2] [3] [4] [5] [6] [7] [8] [9] [10] [11]
  • Has released two or more albums on a major label or on one of the more important indie labels (i.e. an independent label with a history of more than a few years, and with a roster of performers, many of whom are notable).

KiloWatts & Vanek have released on Dependent Records, Motor Music, and Diffusion Records.[12] [13] [14]

  • Is an ensemble which contains two or more independently notable musicians, or is a musician who has been a member of two or more independently notable ensembles.

Bluetech and KiloWatts are together part of Invisible Allies.[15] Tanner Ross & KiloWatts form Voodeux, on Mothership Music, a label run by Claude VonStroke.[16]

  • Is cited in reliable sources as being influential in style, technique, repertory or teaching in a particular music genre.

Invisible Allies project rated as Best Of 2010 by Headphone Commute.[17]

OK. I removed the speedy because of your contested deletion argument. Please do add the remaining sources mentioned here that haven't been already mentioned in the article and support the assertions of notability as much as possible. There are six entries in the "External links". Three seems to be an acceptable number and of course, everyone has their favorite to add for four. The problem is that none is needed for article promotion.
  • ELpoints #3) states: Links in the "External links" section should be kept to a minimum. A lack of external links or a small number of external links is not a reason to add external links.
  • LINKFARM states: There is nothing wrong with adding one or more useful content-relevant links to the external links section of an article; however, excessive lists can dwarf articles and detract from the purpose of Wikipedia. On articles about topics with many fansites, for example, including a link to one major fansite may be appropriate.
  • WP:ELMIN: Minimize the number of links.
  • WP:ELCITE: access dates are not appropriate in the external links section. Do not use {{cite web}} or other citation templates in the External links section. Citation templates are permitted in the Further reading section. -- Otr500 (talk) 21:44, 9 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
