Coat-rack article[edit]

This article appears to be a coat-rack article about a murder that happened in a building. Most of the article is devoted to the murder, with very little, if anything devoted to the other points mentioned in the lead section. This article is little more than a stub article about the building and needs to be fleshed out with an account of the remaining history about the building. Otherwise this article should be rewritten as an article about the crime and the title changed accordingly.
