"As Japan lacked the industrial capacity to build such warships herself," -- I don't know if there's a policy allowing for countries to be referred to with a female pronoun.
"The ships carried a maximum of 2,150 tonnes (2,120 long tons) of coal and 377–750 long tons (383–760 t) which allowed them..." -- Is there something missing here?
"making a total of twelve guns, compared to the King Edward VIIs." -- I think you might have meant to add the total number of guns the King Edward VII class had here.
Crew complement isn't mentioned in the body, only in the infobox, and needs a ref.
"Whilst conducting gunnery training on 16 September 1907..." -- Where did this accident occur?
"landing of Japanese troops in Siberia in August of that year as decided to intervene in the Russian Civil War." -- did you mean "as Japan decided to intervene..."?
In refs section but not used: Andidora 2000, Brown 1999, Gardiner and Gray 1984
Ref 15 is inconsistent with other refs (Silverstone 1984, for example, also only has one footnote but is still listed in the references section) I think the book just needs to be added.
Found one duplicate link, which I fixed. There are no disambiguation links, and the external link appears to be working.
Images appear to be properly licensed and I see no problems with article stability or neutrality.
