Err...I made this page and got a note about deletion. Never made a page before. Is the fact that this person has two books on a display at Barnes and Noble not enough to deserve a Wikipedia entry? I'm confused. Ostentatious 00:16, 8 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Ferret legalization? It's just bizarre enough to be true--can you not have them as pets there or something?--but it seems like probable nonsense to me.--Mobius Soul 03:00, 3 August 2008 (UTC) —Preceding unsigned comment added by 72.93.93.170 (talk) [reply]
The organization wants ferrets legalized as food, not pets. --24.6.228.145 (talk) 19:47, 5 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Ferrets are one of several exotic pets that are illegal in California due to fears they would become pests if allowed to enter the wild. Other animals include hedgehogs, rabbits of non-domesticated species, slugs & land snails, and all rodent species except those from a short list, like hamsters and guinea pigs. https://wildlife.ca.gov/Living-with-Wildlife/Restricted-Pet-SpeciesDicrostonyx (talk) 00:15, 15 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
