Untitled[edit]

Brother Adam was one of the greatest men of the 20th century, although he was a humble and simple monk. He led no government, fought no wars and kept no money; while he quietly helped all of us prosper. His bee breed is used around the world and has increased our global food supply. This man's importance can't be understated. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 210.0.205.213 (talk) 07:21, 18 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Dates of birth and death inconsistent[edit]

The dates of birth and death are inconsistent (see introduction and box).

ICE77 (talk) is very correct. Truly, there is a contradictiction between the article and the Infobox scientist. During his birth, the OC was valid, therefore, assuming that his birth was on 3 Aug. (modern calendar) + 13 days = (in the OC) 16 Aug. As for his death, the Danish, German, Swedish, Spanish, Dutch and the Polish Wikis state: (3 Aug. for his birth) 1 Sep. for his death. Τherefore, 1 Aug. most likely seems to be a typing error. Please see also http://perso.fundp.ac.be/~jvandyck/homage/biogen.html --Aristo Class (talk) 18:46, 9 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Template[edit]

I've removed the Template which was requesting additional Sources etc. as these have now been provided and since the initial request multiple sources have been added to improve the article. Bibby (talk) 21:03, 3 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
