Hallo, in the French verson of the article you can read: "Mais le 20 janvier 2023, le Conseil constitutionnel a conclu qu'un « dysfonctionnement » a été « de nature [...] a empêcher plusieurs milliers d'électeurs de prendre part au vote au premier tour ».
