I'm quickfailing this article, as it requires too much work to be reasonably completed in the time frame expected for a GA review. Many paragraphs, sometimes even entire sections are devoid of citations. Some sections are given in point form; these should be converted to paragraphs. All citations should conform to the guidelines for medical sources outlined in WP:MEDRS. The general format and outline should follow that proposed for medicine-related article in WP:MEDMOS.
