Kakching is not the biggest town in Manipur after Imphal

Claiming Kakching as the 2nd biggest town of manipur in not reasonable.

Looking at the population Thoubal has a population of 41,149 (2001)whereas Kakching has 28,746. Education: Churachandpur has the largest number of People under central services, Civil Sevices and Govt. Jobs anywhere in India after Imphal. And who said Kakching has the best economic condition in Manipur..Any citable example please!!!
