This is NOT a derby[edit]

Let's not call this match a derby. Google article of Besnik Dizdari Derbi “artificial” i Tiranës, where he explains that the word for this rivalry "derby" is completely invented by journalists post 2000. Historically Partizani represented the Albanian Army, a govermnent held toy, represented by the Ministry of Defense, so it has to do with the city of TIrana as much as the government itself, however, being a government toy, it covers all Albania, not the city only.
