Juan de Salcedo and Felipe de Salcedo were both mestizos(mixed Spanish and Amerindian blood). - Gonzalo (UTC), 10 October 2005

Spaniards "And" Mexicans, really?[edit]

Distinguishing in the story between "Spaniards" and "Mexicans" in those years is totally antihistorical.
