Willbb234, the article is certainly promotional in tone, and the editor who wrote the article has only made 3 edits, all of them to this article, so I'd say that there is reason to suspect a COI. Because the article is not egregiously promotional and appears to meet notability guidelines, it should still be marked as reviewed, and tagged with {{advert}}.
