Use of Word 'Former'[edit]

Removed word 'former' because this person is still singing for this RATT for scheduled dates. Dijares 03:28, 3 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Reporting of Vandalism[edit]

User with IP 49.185.182.241 vandalized this page on January 5, 2017. I reverted all changes and added additional edits. He also vandalized the RATT page at the same time frame (which others found and fixed). Reporting this IP and the vandalism. Dijares (talk) 01:05, 7 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Regarding edit on 10 January 2017... Another user with IP 49.185.234.37 (it's becoming obvious someone is rerouting their IP and continuing to target this page) has once again edited this article trying to state 'copyright breach.' He is the singer of RATT, and there is NO copyright breach. This is another attempt at vandalism. The person also edited the RATT page. If this occurs again, I am going to request a lock down on this page. Dijares (talk) 16:24, 10 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Legal Battle Edit Reference[edit]

Edit was made by IP 98.122.152.62 in which they stated Joshua Alan is no longer the singer for RATT due to legal battle by Bobby Blotzer. Removed this reference as it refers to Bobby Blotzer. Joshua Alan sang during the RATT American Made tour (as per the RATT page). This is still true, and the reference to this on Alan's page should not be removed. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Dijares (talkcontribs) 20:15, 13 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Updated to indicate Alan's resignation from RATT. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Dijares (talkcontribs) 20:43, 13 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Multiple Cases of Vandalism[edit]

Multiple cases of vandalism have been noted on this page. Will request a lock of this page. Dijares (talk) —Preceding undated comment added 03:41, 18 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]

User with IP 98.122.152.62 has twice vandalized this page in the last week (28 February 2018 and 5 March 2018). I have placed a warning on his talk page. Dijares (talk) —Preceding undated comment added 01:55, 6 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Edits Using Personal Information to Link to Previous Band[edit]

Continual edits are being posted by User IP 70.189.254.125 that initially included a reference to one of Joshua's previous bands, including all band members, in what appeared to be an effort to bring recognition to this band. Links were incorrect, and eventually they were corrected within the awards section (tho the band was mentioned twice, and I eventually fixed this). Joshua was in this band using a previous name in which he no longer uses. Additionally, Joshua does not want any personal information placed on this page. He wishes only to have information regarding his music here. I have undone several edits by this person, and noted within the edits that Joshua does not wish this information here, yet they continue to change it back (again in an effort to have his previous name linked to Black Box 13 to bring recognition to them through Joshua). I posted on the person's page requesting they stop doing this and within minutes they undid my edits and placed more edits with his name. I am reporting this person as part of an edit war using a WP:DR, as they continue to make these edits in order to bring recognition to Black Box 13 by using Joshua's name. Self Serving Page[edit]

I’m going on record by saying that the existence of this page is absolutely ridiculous, and doesn’t fall within Wikipedia’s own guidelines for notable people.

Even if you accept the idea that this guy sang for Ratt (he didn’t), he was in the group barely long enough to constitute a footnote in the band’s history.

User Dijares obviously worked on Alan’s behalf to stand this page up. It’s a promotional page at the end of the day.

It should be deleted and Alan’s dubious contributions to Ratt should be put in the “former members” section of the band’s page with a HUGE asterisk that Bobby Blotzer used the band name illegally during this time. Court proceedings determined that Blotzer was fraudulently using the band name. 96.10.149.34 (talk) 21:55, 1 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
