I suspect that Josée Picard and Josée Chouinard are the same person. This article, about Chouinard, mentions that she was a competitive figure skater. Picard is often mentioned as a figure skating coach.
Additionally, this article mentions that Chouinard was married but separated from her husband in 2006. Remarried and using her married name, perhaps?
