In March 1962 in the USA his single Shake The Hand of a Fool charted on the Cash Box Week Ahead Charts, reaching No.12 at April 15th, 1962.
1963's Pour moi la vie va commencer is not included. In the article on the song the Dutch hit position is wrongly quoted: it made it to No.1, on a very memorable occasion: in the month JFK was shot. It stayed at No.1 for two months, in November and December 1963.
His next hit single was Tes tendres années which again made it to No.1 in the Netherlands for two months in March and April 1964, alongside by a Dutch cover version Mijn Dagboek by Willeke Alberti, the daughter of Willy Alberti. 62.72.192.94 (talk) 04:20, 12 April 2020 (UTC)
