Gammer Gurton's Needle[edit]

I have merged into the page material from the separate Gammer Gurton's Needle page, which I have turned into a redirect page. Bmcln1 (talk) 16:55, 28 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I would say that is not optimal, however. Reference to the Oxford Dictionary of National Biography shows that a recent scholarly opinion is that the play is "convincingly ascribed" to William Stevenson. So I think the section should be reduced, and most of the material put elsewhere. Charles Matthews (talk) 18:13, 28 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]
No objections, if you can find a bit more to say about the play, which struck me as a bit facile. Bmcln1 (talk) 21:18, 28 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]
