Unsourced names[edit]

This article has vast lists of entirely unsourced names, making it almost unreadable. Please pick a few important artists he has worked with, and comment on these.
We also need to add references for each one of the retained names. Please remember Wikipedia is not a directory, Wikipedia is not an indiscriminate collection of information and Wikipedia is not a resume
