Catholic Martyr?[edit]

He is among List_of_Catholic_martyrs_of_the_English_Reformation#Declared_venerable_in_1886_and_not_subsequently_beatified, some of whom are categorised as "Catholic martyrs of England and Wales". I feel that Wikipedia should be consistent between them. If they are so categorised, should the subject be? Or if the subject is not so categorised, should they not be?
