Two different people?[edit]

Is the guy who was involved in the settlement of Newfoundland the same guy that was governor of New Jersey? I looked around online and couldn't find anything linking the two. They seem to be two different guys. jwillbur 18:39, 13 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]
