Worked for a railroad?[edit]

The Santa Fe Magazine, published by a railroad, refers to him working in the "shop extension department", which appears to be a railway thing. So it looks likely he spent some time working for the railroad. More facts needed --Nat Gertler (talk) 14:48, 2 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Conflict of interest[edit]

I will note that I have a conflict of interest in regard to Joe Lane at this point, as I've reprinted his material in several projects. I have sought to keep this accurate and balanced, and when it comes to reviews, have not been selective in reviews I've quoted, but have quoted each, with a selection that reflects the overall tone of the review. --Nat Gertler (talk) 07:19, 13 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]
