Untitled[edit]

Here is the original December 10, 1942 entry from his diary (published as "Unter dem Schatten deiner Flügel"): "Nachmittags die Verhandlung auf dem Sicherheitsdienst. Wir sterben nun - ach, auch das steht bei Gott - Wir gehen heute nacht gemeinsam in den Tod. Über uns steht in diesen letzten Stunden das Bild des Segnenden Christus, der um uns ringt. In dessen Anblick endet unser Leben." Certainly worth a more accurate translation than what is currently in the article, or what I could do...

Is the information that he was a NSDAP member verified? 84.154.90.55 08:56, 6 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Klepper is said to be born in the Polish city of Bytom Odrzański. This is historically plain wrong. In 1902, this city was called Beuthen as it was German. It became Polish in 1945 only.

Or would anyone dare to say that the the Wehrmacht attacked St. Petersburg in 1941 because today the besieged city of Leningrad is named St. Petersburg ? --Ft93110 16:08, 15 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]
