Spanish Ghettos[edit]

What about the Juderias of Spanish cities like Cordoba, Granada and Seville?

-> And what about the rest of the Juderias of Spanish cities, like Segovia, Avila, Palma de Mallorca, Toledo, Besalu, Caceres, Calahorra, Estella-Lizarra, Girona, Hervas, Jaen, Leon, Monforte de Lemos, Oviedo, Plasencia, Ribadavia, Tarazona, Tortosa or Tudela? They are (along with Cordoba) the members of the Jewish Quarter Network of Spain (Red de Juderias de España). —Preceding unsigned comment added by 193.153.59.86 (talk) 15:11, 3 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

What are ghettos[edit]

It would be good to get a more detailed description of conditions in various places. In particular, how ghetto-like were they? Where did Jews settle voluntarily, and where they had no right settle elsewhere? Which neighborhoods were surrounded by walls and closed for the night? What were the restrictions placed on Jews in each place? 75.84.98.250 (talk) 12:44, 20 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Lowercase[edit]

shouldn't "Quarter" be lowercase? Since the article is about the ethnic enclave in general, not any specific location. --Voidvector (talk) 11:04, 16 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for pointing that out, I've moved it. YeshuaDavidTalk • 16:21, 5 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]
