//*Halak in the NHL*//[edit]

When Cristobal Huet hurt himself, David Aebischer filled in for his line of duty as back up goaltender. He played somewhat below NHL standard and so the second back up was called to play, it was Jaroslav Halak from Slovakia, the undisputed best goalie in the AHL with a league leading average 2.00 goals against per game. He played his first game well not only because he won, but because he beat the preasure that comes with every NHL debut. I beleive that he played with a young and exited perspective on the game and that if Huet stayes out and the montreal coaching staff continues to have faith in Halak I think Halak could be the number one goalie if not second goalie for the montreal canadians. Sabres should not be listed as a former team[edit]

In order for a goalie to be considered a player for a particular team he needs to have played in at least one game. Halak saw no game action for the Sabres. Just as the "Buffalo Sabres players" category should not be added, the Sabres shouldn't be listed in the former_teams field in the infobox. --Parkfly3 (talk) 22:10, 5 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]

That's right, I have added a comment to the former_teams field as a reminder to editors. Permafrost46 (talk) 22:22, 5 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]
