Hope this is useful. I didn't have much idea what to do with Categories and other end stuff. Help appreciated. Rinpoche (talk) 19:31, 27 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

This article works well on explaining the history of Japonaiserie, "the depiction of Japanese subjects or objects in a Western style, from Japonisme", with a neutral tone. Thanks for sharing this information. 98.10.247.133 (talk) 23:28, 1 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]

In his work[edit]

There is at least one Japanese Print in his paintings: "Self-portrait with Bandaged Ear", 1889. It can be seen at Self-portraits_by_Vincent_van_Gogh#Arles. The print was stolen and Courtauld Institute of Art is searching for it. [1] Comeasyour (talk) 16:05, 9 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]
