Defamatory paragraphs[edit]

Some text paragraphs need to be erased since the additions were part of a defamatory campaign, probably by agents for the Russian federation. Jaka Bizilj asks Wikipedia to investigate the identity of these editors in order to file a criminal complaint as they not only try to destroy his reputation, but also violate deliberately the Wikipedia rules. As Jaka Bizilj is involved in many humanitarian projects, which are endangered by such defamation, Wikipedia should take action immediately against any defamatory act. Please note that:

x This is a biographical entry about Jaka Bizilj, not about Star Entertainment, which has different stakeholders. In none of the mentioned events Jaka Bizilj was involved and he is also not mentioned in the quoted media which has been set up by third parties. x One of the core Wikipedia content policies is to be neutral. No accusations (or compliments) shall be part of any biographical text. Otherwise, one could easily add that many of the 500 annual Star Entertainment concerts end with standing ovations for which you can also find published quotes, or the countless praise Jaka Bizilj has received. x That no accusation shall be part of any biographical text applies especially if accusations or criticism come from a potentially competing business - in this case from Howard Shore’s management which is trying to sell their own film music concerts to the same venues. x Star Entertainment has no business with Howard Shore. There is no legal basis for Howard Shore to comment on the work of Star Entertainment, which is promoting concert shows with music of more than 30 film music composers all over the world. The use of his music is paid for under the Gema system. x There is no lawsuit by Shore against Star Entertainment for „bootleg“ concerts and there was no lawsuit to stop the mentioned concerts in Australia and New Zealand. x Star Entertainment won the lawsuit by Warner in regards of its Harry Potter concerts in Norway, the court explicitly decided that Star is allowed to perform these concerts under its original title - the next concert is on sale for March 2024 in Oslo and other cities. The concerts arranged by Star Entertainment are considered “small rights” and as such do not require specific permission from the right holders of any musical works to be performed. The company Star Entertainment can legally use the name “The Magical Music of Harry Potter ” as this kind of concert title cannot be considered use of another’s trademark but a description of the music that is legally performed. Furthermore, Star Entertainment can describe and market their concerts by referring to the music that will be performed in the title of the concerts and by using marketing material related to the music. x Star Entertainment does not use any “bootleg arrangements”. The original music has been used in multiple concert performances since 2007, when the concerts started with Saruman actor Sir Christopher Lee at the Concertgebouw in Amsterdam. x No authorization is needed by international music law - in Australia the music rights management organization APRA permitted and accounted the concerts, legally nothing else is required. The same applies under the TONO/STIM/KODA system in Scandinavia, for example. x The statement on www.howardshore.com which was cited in www.nzherald.co.nz was not made by Howard Shore, but by his manager Jean-Jacques Cesbron who with the company CAMI is actually selling his own Lord of the Rings concerts in direct competition. Wikipedia rules forbid defamation by competitors. x Russian agents are creating such Wikipedia content regularly, at Jaka Bizilj‘s last visit to Moscow on November 9 2019 with a delegation to thank Mikhail Gorbachev on the 30th anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall - after Bizilj had hosted Gorbachev in Berlin on The 20th and 25th anniversary- the FSB editors on Wikipedia exchanged the complete Cinema for Peace page. Jaka Bizilj is not a public figure, but a person of interest for intelligence and agents seeking reputation damage. Among other missions, which were not disclosed publicly, he helped save the lives of Russian dissidents from the group Pussy Riot as well as Alexej Navalny , whom he evacuated from Sibiria to Berlin and organised health treatment. Most significantly he created The Court by the Citizens of the World, which initiated an arrest warrant for Vladimir Putin. Even though Bizilj was not involved with the mentioned productions all concert venues in Australia got an anonymous letter with slander about him and the production company Star Entertainment, signed by „concerned citizens of the world“. He regarded this as a warning signal to stop his work with „the citizens Court of the world“.

Poorly sourced article[edit]

This article that makes a large number of claims about Bizilj's involvement in events, but then provides no sources, or sources that either mention the Cinema for Peace Foundation, not Bizilj himself, or never mentions either. The article needs leave the events organised by the Foundation to its article, and if Bizilj did indeed personally organise events, produce a source that explicitly says this. It is not enough to use a source that confirms only the event. Escape Orbit (Talk) 10:53, 9 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
