What happened in the first 22 years of his life?[edit]

The article leaps straight from Hindley being born in Perth in 1996 to him racing in Europe 22 years later. We need both a personal life section and some details on how he became a good enough cyclist to be racing in Europe. I did a little searching, and found nothing.
