Have reviewed. Good article: generally well written (have made a few minor grammar edits), and very well referenced.

A bibliography and picture may improve even further.

Will pass. Tomlock01 (talk) 01:04, 1 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

As a coordinator of the GA sweep drive, I'm going to re-review this article to double check that it really does meet the criteria. Just making sure this got a proper review. Wizardman Operation Big Bear 01:20, 1 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]
The article isn't bad after a re-review, so I won't jump on it for a reassessment, but I see some areas where the prose should be fine tuned or things could be added, listed below:
  • "Hippe was born in Oslo and studied at the University of Oslo were he earned the academic degree, candidatus rerum politicarum." When did he attend Oslo? is there anything in between his being born and university?
I'll try to dig up something, but i've haven't found any sources which gives a detailed description of his life.
  •  Done "By the late 70s, Hippe was one of the leading members of the Latin American Group in Oslo;" When did he join or get started?
Late 70s.
  •  Done "Hippe interviewed 60 key witnesses, with the exception of Kjell Inge Røkke who had a friendly relationship with Tønne before his death." Witnesses to the suicide? Sounds pretty unusual, maybe you mean acquaintances?

I am a bit concerned that it lacks comprehensiveness, noting these, but I won't go so far as to GAR it. I trust you're writing this for the benefit of the encyclopedia rather than the GA tag, so ideally these will be fixed. Wizardman Operation Big Bear 02:37, 1 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

To tell you the truth, i wrote this article just for fun. He isn't a very famous or known person in Norway, and therefor there is very little about his past in general... But i can try to find out more, but i don't think it would give any pleasing results. --TIAYN (talk) 08:29, 1 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Alright; so long as there was a definite attempt to find information that's all I ask. I don't really have any archival access excluding google news, so I wouldn't be of help. Wizardman Operation Big Bear 13:24, 1 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Copyedit[edit]

Hi all

I have just done a quick copyedit and a few things have come to light:

  • The description of Hippe's expulsion from Argentina says he was sent to Santiago, Chile, however the reference just before that says he was sent to Motevideo, Uraguay.
  • Minister of Interior appears to be the correct title, as it has no "the"
  • "a government funded project in conjunction with Brazil" - Is this a joint funded, funded by Norway but in run in conjunction with Brazil or was the Brazilian government not included?
  • "a dusin heirs" - I took this to be "a dozen" but, after reading the ref, it appears that she has already been informed "was today told that she will inherit between 50 and 70 million after her aunt." (though one cannot always trust google translations lol.) Chaosdruid (talk) 10:58, 12 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]
